How does it work?

1. Contact us to schedule a free estimate. We will spend 1-1.5 hours in your home taking photos and measurements of the space.

2. We will send you a quote tailored to your staging.

3. Schedule the staging day.

Occupied Staging.

Unable to vacate your home when selling? That’s not a problem. Occupied staging uses a combination of your furniture and small purchases to make your home beautiful and to stand out on the market.

How does it work?

1. Contact us to schedule an occupied consultation. We will spend 1.5-2 hours in your home taking photos and measurements of the space. In each room we will suggest what to pack, keep and accessories to purchase. If necessary, we will suggest new paint or flooring options. We then provide a staging report detailing our suggestions for each room in the home so you can check the list off as you go.

2. Once you’ve had a chance to check the items off the staging report we come in for a part or full hands-on staging day. We will rearrange furniture and style each room to get it ready to go on market.

We’ve got this. Our occupied staging consultation $250. 3-hour staging day $450 (2 team members), 6-hour staging day $900 (2 team members).
