Christine has been involved in the housing industry for the past 10 years investing, renovating, designing and staging. She’s worked alongside her husband buying and renovating homes to rent and sell. Five years ago she got her staging certification from HSR, furthering her passion and involvement in the real estate market. She loves the challenge involved in fixer upper houses that require unique solutions in both design and staging. She has worked in homes valued from $100,000 to over a million, maximizing their potential for enjoyment and resale. With four spunky kids at home, Christine learned to bring fabulous design into her home, while making it functional for her young children. Her ability to find creative and classy ways to dress up any home is what makes her a great stager and designer.

Nicki Weinhagen- NYIAD Certified, RESA Member

Nicki has always had a creative mind, she spent 20 years in the creative arts, choreographing the relationship of movement and flow through dance. Five years ago she furthered her love of art through a design certification from NYIAD, bringing her design passion to the real estate market. She brings a wonderful flow to the home. Her personality comes out in her design, creating fun and funky spaces to live and work in. Her eye for great design and practical solutions make her both a fantastic stager and designer. She has worked with many different types of people and loves incorporating each person’s unique design style into their space. She’s spent the last 15 years raising her four boys and knows how difficult it can be to sell a home while having a family. She is committed to making the selling process as painless as possible for her clients.
